We left Brookings yesterday on a clear day that was near 70 degrees. Can you believe it? It had been raining almost every day for the last three weeks and was getting old.
We stopped in Eureka, only two hours South. Had a late lunch at Cafe Waterfront. Great setting, okay food, nice waitress. Did our Costco run which included returning two Chinese junk Cuisinart items, coffee maker and blender/food processor combo which took a half hour. We're staying at Shoreline RV Park which is only a few months old. It is strictly an overnight plus some worker bee stop. No amenities. $35 with Good Sam discount.
