After four nights at Four Seasons we drove North on US101 to Florence, one of our favorite towns on the Oregon coast. We're staying at Pacific Pines RV Park which is not a scenic park but a solid place to stay with full hookups and a plenty of room.

We've enjoyed several nice meals out, the Waterfront Depot, La Pomodori and Lovejoy's. Waterfront Depot is a favorite that we discovered a few years ago with Elwyn & Judy, popular both with locals and tourists. La Pomodori, very nice, Italian and Lovejoy's is a tea room that serves High Tea as well as great lunches and desserts.
Today we drove up to Heceta Beach to have a look around but weren't that impressed. Then headed South to Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park which is very beautiful. We've never "camped" there but it looks like it would be nice.

While Helga checked out the shops in Old Town George visited Traverse PC Software, a company whose software he has used for many years in his consulting business.
