Well, on Sunday, February 1, we got going early in Indio and zoomed, sort of, to Surprise, Arizona. Zooming in a 38' motorhome towing our CRV is going 60 mph instead of 55!
After setting up "camp" in Happy Trails Resort, we settled down and watched Kurt Warner and the Arizona Cardinals give the Steelers all they could handle but come up short. What a game! It would have been awesome if Kurt had won again.
Happy Trails is a very unusual place. It is a 55+ RV and manufactured housing park that is snowbird heaven. Activities galore in an area that has many opportunities for recreation, dining, entertainment, shopping, restaurants .......
We're in the process of figuring it out and look forward to hooking up with some friends in the area too.
